Our last-generation pickling establishment is quite automatized and it works in a very low environmental impact that let us to have on treated articles excellent and durable results, without using nitric acid and chromic passivation.
The production cycle is innovative by itself into own the choice of the products used for working: all products we use are in our exclusive rights since origins and they’re strictly non pollutings and certificated. tests made have proved that the treated surfaces show high quality finishings that are keeping fixed in long time.

The establishment make use of rolling-sifter and frames to working articles: that let us to carry out pickling wether on pressing pieces or on mechanically wrought already ones.

Recently, we have amplify the range of production, so we have realized innovative cycle of pickling for aluminium hot-pressing and extruded aluminium.
Obviously using, as always, products of avantgard in the rispect of the environment.

As well as non polluting pickling, we make brass and steel sand-blasting.
Brass sand-blasting is made by an innovative rotoflow establishment that use n°03 turbines, who assure a very good quality of the surface of processed pieces.
Steel sand-blasting is, instead, made by a traditional establishment (grit blaster), that ensure an excellent connection between quality and price
